Offshore Energy Company - Senior Legal Counsel - Norway

Bond Chambers is currently assisting a high-profile company in the offshore energy industry in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel in it’s offshore production business.

The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and support to all aspects of the offshore production business, with a focus on UK operations and business development as part of an integrated global team of legal, tax, insurance and compliance professionals.

You will advise on all legal aspects of operational and commercial activities in the UK associated with the full life cycle of FPSOs, have input to UK FPSO tenders and contract negotiations, coordinating input from the tax, finance, insurance and compliance teams. Supporting and guiding the business development team, you will draft and negotiate contract terms and conditions throughout the supply chain, support and assist with all aspects of regulatory and ethical compliance requirements.
